RU PTS BALANCE 2.0 PART 2

Hi !
Today (24 feb 2017) RU server open the PTS and player in Russia can testing new stuff there.
The PTS only open tier 1 - 5 tank, tier 6 and above is locked. The data in PTS is develope by new developer in Mail.ru group after kick Obsidian Entertaiment.

This update bring fix from last update, now PVE, Polygon (test drive) and training room is open.
List of fix :

• Fixed a bug due to which the M113 ACAV not displayed camouflage.
• Fixed display of the water and the sky on the minimum graphics settings.
• Fixed a bug due to which the tooltip text was temporary.
• Errors in Begleitpanzer 57 model.
• Fixed a bug due to which the long names of equipment transferred to another line wrong.
• Fixed display of armor textures screens M60-2000.
• Fixed a bug due to which at minimum graphics settings did not display markers bases.
• Fixed a bug due to which the enhancement bonus wheels and tracks did not fit the description.
• It increased the number of rounds of automatic weapons in the tapes.
• Fixed a bug due to which the T-80B is not visible camouflage.
• Fixed a bug due to which the Sphinx in TTX indicated correctly the thickness of armor.
• Fixed a bug due to which in case of damage or automatic guns PU ATGM broke down both nodes.
• Fixed several bugs that lead to the fall games after the battle.
• Angle of coverage KAZ "Afghani" T-15 increased to 120 deg.
• Fixed a bug due to which in the TTX B1 Centauro 105 indicated correctly the thickness of armor.
• Bonus Reviews adaptivnaoy optics increased to 55m, adaptive optics ur. 2 - up to 70m.
• Bonus Review have improved optics increased to 25m, improved optics ur. 2 - up to 35m.
• Equipment "Adaptive optics ur. 2 "moved to the FV721 Fox modification menu.
• Equipment "targeting system ur. 2 "moved to modify the menu BMD-4.
• Equipment "Superior rotation drive ur tower. 2 "moved to the BMP-1P modification menu.
• Equipment "Advanced Optics ur. 2 "moved to 90 Scorpion modification menu.
• Equipment "ur radio-absorbing coatings. 2 "moved to modify the menu FV438 Swingfire.
• Fixed a bug that caused the resetting timer premium status.
